    Taahirah Zahraa Boodhoo Beeharry is Policy Researcher at International Economics, where she carries out research linked to the political economy of trade and investment policies. Prior to joining International Economics Consulting, Zahraa worked in the Political, Press and Information Section (PPI) of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Mauritius and the Republic of Seychelles where her main duties consisted of analysing and drafting reports on the political, strategic, and socio-economic developments in Mauritius, Seychelles, and the Indian Ocean region. She also gained experience conducting research on public policy and legislation for political parties in Mauritius. Prior to this, she worked at the High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Mauritius. Zahraa graduated with a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
