Chandani Appadoo have been working in the field of marine biology for the past 30 years. She currently works as Associate Professor at the Department of Biosciences and Ocean Studies, University of Mauritius. Chandani special interest are in mangroves, marine litter, fisheries sciences, biodiversity, marine ecology and fields related to marine and coastal ecosystems.
