With an academic career spanning Mauritius, Scotland, and New Zealand, Zuberia is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and an experienced interdisciplinary academic, specialising in Strategy, Wellbeing, Human Resources and Organisational Psychology, Gender, as well as the Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (SoLT). Her research is grounded in realism and critical realism, drawing on qualitative methodologies such as grounded theory alongside quantitative approaches. Her current research interests include value co-creation, digitalisation of higher education, business networks, gender and empowerment, wellbeing in hybrid work contexts, positive organisational psychology, and sustainable value chain. Zuberia is also member of the Mauritian and New Zealand HR Associations.
